The Franklin Wine Bar & Bistro is a cozy, intimate wine bar and bistro on Franklin Ave in Brooklyn, NY, serving a curated selection of wines, craft cocktails, and small bites in a friendly neighborhood atmosphere rooted in Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill culture. 

The Franklin Wine Bar & Bistro's menu features a variety of wines by the glass and bottle, specialty craft cocktails, tapas-style snacks like charcuterie boards and seasonal small plates that pair perfectly with your drink. Happy hour specials on wine and cocktails are available every day we open. (Customers also love our martinis, like the lychee martini). 

While Franklin Wine Bar & Bistro does not take standard dinner reservations (especially for walk-in wine bar seating), the venue does accept bookings for private events, semi-private celebrations, curated wine tastings, and special gatherings for groups indoors and on the patio. 

Franklin Wine Bar & Bistro is located at 448 Franklin Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11238, in the heart of Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill. Typical bar hours are Wednesday–Friday, 5:00 PM–12:00 AM, and weekends starting earlier in the afternoon. 

Yes! Franklin Wine Bar & Bistro offers private event hosting, from intimate celebrations to curated wine tasting experiences. You can book indoor spaces for up to 50 guests and patio seating for up to 20, making it ideal for birthdays, corporate tastings, or group wine events. 

The Franklin Wine Bar & Bistro's wine selection features a variety of global wines, including reds, whites, natural (orange) wines, and rosés. Many guests enjoy exploring unique natural wines and seasonal offerings that pair well with the bistro’s food menu.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our outdoor seating area/patio, making us a great stop if you’re looking for a pet-friendly bar in Bed-Stuy or Clinton Hill. Guests often bring their dogs while enjoying wine, craft cocktails, and plates. We just ask that pups remain leashed and comfortable around other guests.
