When you tap the "menu" tab and get transferred to Order Toast, the web-page to close-out a transaction, they may collect information related to your use of the web-page, including Establishments you patronize and information related to Transactions enabled by the web-page including item descriptions, price, tax and tip amounts (“Transaction Data”). Transaction Data may include information about the other users with whom you go to Establishments or split Transactions.

Blind Data
While using our menu button and going to Order Toast , they may use your Transaction Data, as well as Technical Information and Location-Based information to provide, monitor and improve the web-page and to compile, synthesize and analyze this Information, including to generate anonymized usage statistics (“Blind Data”).
